Studio Liverpool were said to be working on WipEout for PlayStation 4, before Sony officially closed the studio today.

Studio Liverpool are hiring. The company reknowed for their high profile futuristic racing franchise Wipeout, are looking for a senior producer to work on an unspecified……….erh…………….. “high profile, futuristic racing franchise.” Wonder what it could be then?

It looks like Studio Liverpool has a new Wipeout Title in the works. The word comes from a CV of former employee Martin Linklater who lost his position at the developer as part of Sony’s restructuring earlier in the year. The CV has been dug up by Siliconera.

Martin’s CV cleary states that he had been working on an ‘Unannounced Wipeout Project’ as well as an ‘unannounced Action Project’ and ‘unannounced hardware’. One could make the assumuption that the hardware is probably Playstation Move.
