Before Tron: Legacy hit our screens in 2010, Tron 2.0 was the official sequel to the original 1982 film, Tron. However, once Legacy was revealed, Tron 2.0 was banished from the official canon of the series. A shame really, as TRON 2.0 arguably stays truer to the original vision Tron set in place. Where Legacy advanced the Grid in tandem with its evolving technologies, Tron 2.0 looks, feels, and sounds much like the original movie.
