Sony and PopCap have confirmed that Plants Vs. Zombies will be shambling it’s way to Playstation Vita, presumably sometime next year.

Plants Vs. Zombies gets a release on the PSN later this month and a new trailer just dropped online.

Popcap has announced that the mega popular Plants Vs. Zombies has a date with US DS’ early next year.

The DS version will include Adventure, Survival and Puzzle modes, mini-games and some “new and exclusive game content”.

The game is out on XBLA next month. We’re just waiting around now for PopCap to announce a European DS port.

Plants vs Zombies has been confirmed for a September 8th on Xbox Live Arcade. The XBLA version will include seven game modes, including two brand new multiplayer modes, 21 mini games and 12 achievements to keep you horders happy.
