Tekken Producer Katsuhiro Harada Says Tekken Movie Is 'Terrible'

As most of you guys probably already know, the TEKKEN franchise got the big budget live action treatment earlier this year, already releasing in Japan and other Asian territories. The film garnered some pretty mediocre reviews and most Tekken stalwarts I know, cringed hard at the sight of the debut trailer. They weren’t the only ones cringing, so was Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada.

“That Hollywood movie is terrible. We were not able to supervise that movie (It was cruel contract) I’m not interest in that mv”, Harada-san tweeted. Ouch.

The movie will be available to us in Europe from September 1st thanks to Optimum. Watch the trailer for the film yourself and start biting your bottom lip.
