Deathspank Coming To PSN & XBLA July 13th

EA has confirmed that their quicky hack ‘N’ slash ‘N’ booty em’ up Death Spank will be available to download on XBLA from July 13th with a PSN release confirmed for the following day on the 14th. Death Spank will set you back 1200MS Points and is developed by HotHead Games.

Apparently……Uncharted 3 Looks Amazing

Uncharted 3 didn’t appear at E3 2010, we know that much. But Jan Meijroos, a well know game journalist from the Netherlands, has tweeted that he heard from a Playstation developer at the conference that Uncharted 3 looked ‘amazing’.

His tweet translated from Dutch to English reads:

Heard in the corridors (literally) at the Sony Press conference: “uncharted 3 looks amazing!” Source: Sony PS developer.”

Uncharted 3 is probably in development then. Don’t act so suprised. Part 3 is a given especially since the first two games we’re completely incredible. Hopefully Naughty DOg show us something sooner rather than later.

Ever heard of Deathspank? if you haven’t, shame on you. Deathspank is ‘ Hero to the Downtrodden, a Vanquisher of Evil, and Defender of Justice’, a badass go getter who will kickass to get to ‘The Artifact’ he so desperately needs. Expect lotsa cartoony carnage. If there’s Leprechauns for the killing then we should all take advantage. Just don’t taste the forbidden bacon.

The game is out this summer on XBLA and PSN. Get this and get EA’s other digital effort ‘Shank’. Trailer is below.

New Homefront Trailer Sets The World On Fire

THQ has released another new Homefront trailer and it’s on fire. Homefront is set in a very bleak future. In the year 2027 war is raging between the US and a “Unified Korea”. Your stuck in the middle and by the looks of things, it ain’t pretty. Homefront is coming early 2011 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Trine 2's E3 2010 Trailer Is Here

Atlus has released Trine 2′s E3 2010 trailer and it looks like we’re in for another fantastic fantasy side scrolling adventure.

“The Trine series is a bastion of pure gaming fun,” states Aram Jabbari, PR manager for Atlus.

“Expanding upon what was considered one of the best cooperative multiplayer experiences in recent memory, Trine 2 introduces online cooperative support for up to three players, dramatically expanding the fun and appeal of the game’s spectacularly rich action platforming. In addition, the unique traits and abilities of the three character types in Trine 2 mean more now than ever before, with enhanced skill trees and progression ensuring perfect balance.

NeverDead Announced By Konami At E3 2010

Konami has just announced a new fantasy action IP at their E3 2010 press event called NeverDead. The game is in production for the PS3 and 360 and is a third-person action game that takes place in a world where humans are battling supernatural enemies in a “vast city landscape.”

The game is designed by Shinta Nojiri of Metal Gear Acid fame, NeverDead is an action game in the same vain as Devil May Cry. Check out the debut trailer below.
