Following the leak a couple of days ago, Sony has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation is coming to Vita this October 30th. It will launch the same day as Assassin’s Creed III for PS3.

Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation has been outted for PlayStation Vita ahead of it’s E3 reveal next week. The game has surfaced in a leaked issue of next month’s Game Informer.
