Rumours spread some time ago that seem to point to Bethesda aquiring the rights to publish S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, and if the latest nugget of info is true, then it’s already going ahead.
According to blogger Sergey Galyonkin, a source has confirmed to him that GSC’s Sergei Grigorovich has granted the rights to Bethesda to develop future S.T.A.L.K.E.R. titles. Galyonkin also reveals that Grigorovich will retain all rights to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. books, movies and merchandise.
The game will be made with “Bethesda technology” which could mean a game built using id Tech 5 or Gamebryo.
