Sony Pictures has released the debut trailer to the new and forthcoming Silent Hill movie, subtitled “Revelation”.
Directed by Michael J. Bassett and starring Adelaide Clemens, Sean Bean and Radha Mitchell, Revelation sees Heather Mason, following the disappearance of her father, drawn into a strange and terrifying alternate reality that holds answers to the horrific nightmares that have plagued her since childhood.
It’s due October 26th and draws it’s inspiration from Silent Hill 2 and 3. The latter is almost certainly best represented. Keep an ear out for Promises (reprise) from Silent Hill 2.
