Online retailer Play-Asia is listing what appears to be an unknown Metal Gear Solid title for PlayStation Vita. The listing is vague and provides no information about the title and just issues it with a tentative title of “Metal Gear Solid”. However, the listing says that the game has already been announced. Could it be Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance?
The listing states that pre-orders will be “opening soon”. The game is listed for both North America and Japanese regions and as such, has two seperate listings. This isn’t a listing for the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on Vita as this has it’s own seperate detailed listing for every region it will be available in later this month.
Now, this could literally be NOTHING and could very well be error on behalf of Play-Asia, not least because the listing actually says that the game has already been announced when it clearly has not. Unless of course, it has already been announced but for another piece of hardware. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance anyone?
Sony will be pushing the PlayStation Vita very hard at E3 tomorrow, so who is to say there isn’t something Metal Gear planned for Vita? We’ll find out tomorrow. Our guess is that if this listing means anything, it’s probably Rising Revengeance.
