Sony has introduced a new incentive to the PlayStation Network and PlayStation Store in the form of “Ultimate Editions”. Ultimate Editions essentially offer you the chance to buy a game and all it’s DLC as a download for a one off reasonable price. Better yet, PS+ subscribers get even more money off.
Games included in the offer at the moment include inFAMOUS 2, Black Ops, Red Dead Redemption, L.A Noire and BioShock 2. Just to give you an example of the savings to be made here, the L.A Noire Complete Edition, including all DLC is $19.59 for PlayStation Plus members and $27.99 for everyone else. The Just Cause 2: Ultimate Edition comes in at $14.69 for Plus members and everything Mortal Kombat will cost Plus members $24.49.
At the moment, this is U.S only. Let’s hope this hits the EU PSN. There’s a bargin in here for everyone. Great job Sony.
