The first screens of The Elder Scrolls Online have appeared on the net.
Posted by AGB, the screens show off combat, as well as some interiors and even some of the enemies, while the artwork aims to set the mood. A massive batch of details have also leaked on Neogaf which confirm several key details:
- The Elder Scrolls Online is powered by the same engine that powers The Old Republic
- The game uses a hotbar to activate skills like other traditional MMOs
- You can’t be a werewolf or vampire
- Tons of towns ranging from Imperial City, Windhelm, Daggerfall, Sentinel, Mournhold, Ebonheart, Elden Root, Shornhelm, Evermore, Riften, and a lot more
- Radiant AI will not be present
- Three factions include Ebonheart Pact: The Nords, Dunmer, and Argoninans, Aldmeri Dominion: Altmer, Bosmer, and Khajit and Daggerfall Covenant: Bretons, Redguard, and Orcs
- You can’t master every discipline
- The combat model will not be real time due to latency

It looks very TOR, but that isn’t a bad thing as such, just different. Fingers crossed it doesn’t disappoint for those that are looking forward to it.
