Kotaku understands that Treyarch will reveal this year’s Call of Duty, long rumoured to be Black Ops 2, this May 2nd.
The big K received an image from a retail source that shows a poster with the May 2nd date, Treyarch and Activision logos and a tagline that reads “Return for Debriefing”. If it’s not a Call of Duty announcement, I’ll eat my hat.
Black Ops 2 has been speculated about for some time now, with Activision themselves going to great lengths to cover up any suspect leaks. By the looks of things, there will be no more hiding from May 2nd. Watch this space.
