It is with great excitement that we here at TGL have learned that TheGamingLiberty has been nominated in the Best Blogger category of Entertainment.ie’s prestigious ERICS Awards for 2011. However, any chance we may have of winning this award is completely up to you. WE NEED YOU GUYS TO VOTE FOR US!!!!

We’re extremely humbled by the nomination, not least because we are the only Irish gaming outlet to be honoured in any category at this year’s ERICS. It goes without saying that we would love to win. That would be incredible. But honestly, we’re just humbled with the recognition for the work we put it. Whether it’s our daily infusion of the latest gaming news, our exclusive interviews, our review/previews, our competitions or our hundreds of unique voice actor interviews that got us the nomination is anyone’s guess, but either way were completely chuffed.

After that, it’s actually YOU, the faithful and/or first time TGL reader that decides whether or not we can win this. The category is a tough one and we need every vote we can get.

The rules are quite simple. Everyone is allowed five votes a day. You can therefore potentially vote for us five times before you are blocked out until the following day. We’d love if you could take a minute to give us a vote or two or three, maybe today, maybe tomorrow or whenever suits you best. We’d love to give a good account of ourselves in the race to be crowned best blogger.

Click The Gaming Liberty and then click VOTE NOW. Remember, you can vote FIVE times daily, so please, refresh your pages, repeat click on our name and give us every vote you possibly can. We’ve got until January 6th to register votes.
