2K Producer Seth Olshfski has confirmed that actor and screenwriter Brian Bloom is new voice of Jackie Estacado in The Darkness II. Seth confirmed the re-casting of Jackie in an interview with TGL following rumours that Jackie would be voiced by acclaimed voice talent Nolan North. Brian takes over from Kirk Acevedo as the new voice of Jackie.
Brian is probably best known to gamers as the voice of Kane in both Kane & Lynch and it’s sequel Dog Days. He also provided the voice for Alex Shepherd in Silent Hill: Homecoming.
The Darkness II hits Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC next February.
