It appears that certain 360 Modern Warfare 3 adopters are suffering from disc read issues that are causing their Xbox’s to crash and fail.
There’s a 14 odd page forum thread (and growing) on Xbox.com that details the kind of problems users are encountering including read errors, console crashing and boot up issues.
One user reports that, follwing a consultation with and MS rep, Activision and Microsoft are already aware of the issue and are working to find a solution.
