It looks like Sony could well be about to go the EA Online Pass route. The Online Pass is a code bundled with new EA games that grants the player access to online multiplayer. Each code can only be used once.
An eagled eye user on NeoGAF has spotted a Resistance 3 PS3 bundle box that is stamped with a logo for something called the ‘PSN Pass.’ The description reads:
“Network features only available in countries that have Playstation Store.”
As soon as we figure out what this is or Sony make an announcement, we will bring it to you.
