With all the rumour, speculation and loose E3 predictions flying around the internet, spare a thought for the Bully franchise for a moment.

There are a billion unfounded and unrealistic E3 predictions out there. Games like God of War IV, Metal Gear Solid 5, Resident Evil 6 and Grand Theft Auto V most probably won’t be in attendance in L.A this week.

So then we say wouldn’t it be fantastic if, amid all of the dreamlike announcements, that Bully 2, a sequel to the critically acclaimed 2006 original, was announced. It was released first on PS2, before being successfully ported to the Wii, 360 and PC in 2007 and 2008 respectfully.

In 2009, Shawn Lee, the composer of the original Bully’s soundtrack told TGL in an exclusive interview that he would soon be starting work on the music for the as yet unannounced Bully sequel.

“Yes. It looks like I will be doing the soundtrack for Bully 2 in the not so distant future…”

Nothing has been heard of the game since. It’s not going to happen, but wouldn’t it be amazing if this surfaced at E3? Shame Rockstar won’t be in attendance.
