We all know full well that it’s coming, and now it’s a little more real than ever. Published in the Official Playstation magazine, the teaser for “the biggest game in the world returns” features a large “3″ which is in keeping with the colour/form of the previous Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 title.
This is just double confirmation though as voice actor Craig Fairbrass seemed to spill the stopping power pro beans recently in an interview:
And I’ve just been out in LA doing something that’s going to be announced in May… I’ve just been out there doing some bits and pieces and one of it’s to do with… I can’t say too much.
This year will feature one of the biggest fight in gaming history with Modern Warfare 3 going up against Battlefield 3 – which one will you be picking up?

Battlefield 3 for me. The CoD franchise is beginning to wear on my nerves. Don’t get me wrong it’s been a great series of games but like any yearly franchise you’re always going to reach a burnout point. I’d be happier to see a CoD every 2 or 3 years and see it supported with regular, reasonably priced DLC.
