Sucker Punch has revealed it’s big secret.

inFamous 2 will allow players to create their own user generated levels.

Sucker Punch has unveiled the new system that will allow players to place enemies, objects and more to create your very own challenges that pop up in New Marais. Missions like Defense, Escort, Search and Destroy, Survival, Shooting Gallery, Platforming, and Obstacle Course were detailed by SP.

“We think this is an opportunity for people to become famous,” Sucker Punch’s Chris Zimmerman said, “and for them to become famous for the cool levels they put in the game.”

The system is heavily influence by the play create share ethos of the likes of LittleBigPlanet, only there’s the obvious influence of sandbox gameplay.

The system is going to get the beta treatment. Details of the beta will be made known March 14th. The beta will begin in April.
