Reported around the web today is news that Halo: Reach might just support single player campaign matchmaking. After Bungie released the latest “Bungie update” about Reach, a shifty user under the username “lolcat” asked the following in the Q&A section:

“Can I haz Campaign Matchmaking?”. It’s reported that Bungie’s reponse was a simple “yes” but it’s hard really to factor in how huge that simple response was. Matchmaking in the past was part of online play, which subsequently led to the foul screaming of 12 year old boys down your earpiece. Now, introducing this into single player will read well but do you really want to be playing such an epic campaign with 3 randomers that might potentially ruin it for you? I’ll take 3 bots thank you.
