If SingStar isn’t your thing the maybe RapStar is, Def Jam Rapstar that is. Konami and Autumn Games have confirmed that Def Jam Rapstar will hit 360, Wii and PS3 this October 5th in Europe and November 6th in the US.
Konami are remaining tight lipped on the game’s setlist but we do know that the following seven tracks will be included in the final game, Biz Markie’s “Just a Friend”; Drake’s “Best I Ever Had”; Ice Cube’s “It Was A Good Day”; Outkast’s “So Fresh, So Clean”; Pete Rock and CL Smooth’s “They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)”; Redman’s and Method Man’s “Da Rockwilder”; and Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It.”
The game will ship with a mic at retail. Me thinks (and hopes) theres some Eminem, Jay-Z and Nas in the final game.
I will get this, if and only IF the tracks come in explicit form and I get some N.W.A. I don’t know what acts come under the Def Jam umbrella though.
