Trying to predict what E3 has in store is next to near impossible. Hell, even Nostradamus himself wouldn’t come close to figuring out what Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo has planned for the millions of eagar and dedicated gamers who will watch them display their new wares from June 15th to 17th respectively . There’s so many games that we know and can assume will be in attendance this year, for example Killzone 3, Infamous 2 or New Zelda Wii, but after those examples and a few others……….the rest is anyone’s guess.

There are so many games that we would love to see announced at E3, but unfortunatetly, if you’ve ever followed an E3 before, you’ll know that disappointment is the only thing thats always guaranteed to be in attendance. We all can’t always get what we want. There’s no such thing as a perfect E3. Here’s a list of 8 games we’d love to see at E3 2010, but know deep down in our hearts that we probably won’t. We hope we’re very wrong, Very very very wrong.

Bully 2

Last November we broke the news that music composer Shawn Lee had told us in an interview that:

“Yes. It looks like I will be doing the soundtrack for Bully 2 in the not so distant future….”

With Rockstar bringing L.A Noire, probably unveiling Agent for the first time and maybe even GTA V at E3 2010, it seems unlikely that Bully 2, if it is actually in development, will be in attendance this year. This would almost be to good to be true.

Zone of The Enders 3

Hideo would like to do a new Zone of The Enders, we know that. He’s even hinted that his new project will include mechs in some way. But is it Zone of The Enders 3? It’s impossible to know. Metal Gear Rising will no doubt gets it’s first major reveal at E3 next month and after that nobody knows what else, if anything to expect of Kojima Productions. We want ZOE3 so bad it hurts. It’ll hurt so much more when we probably don’t see it at E3 2010.

Kingdom Hearts 3

Birth By Sleep was a massive hit for the PSP in Japan and with Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, it’s probably the most anticipated PSP release in the US and Europe in 2010. After the huge success of the first two Kingdom Hearts games, it seems like a proper console only sequel would be inevitable. If only it were that simple. We’d love to see this at E3. But it probably won’t happen, will it?

Kid Icarus Wii

We’ve spent the last two E3 Nintendo Press Conferences praying for a Kid Icarus Wii and its never happened. So whats changed since? Nothing? A Kid Icarus Wii this year would be a miracle.

Shenmue 3

Fans want it. Sega want it. So why isn’t it happening? We’re not so sure. It’s a possibility that will will see a Shenmue 3 at some stage but at E3 2010, it’s probably not going to happen. Shame.

Star Fox Wii

You’d think Star Fox would be compulsory on Wii but this hasn’t been the case. Miyamoto has stated that he’d like to see a Star Fox Wii but it’s looking pretty ominous, for the moment at least, that Fox McCloud and co won’t be at E3 this year or any other year for that matter.

Metal Gear Solid 5

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker started life as MGS5. Metal Gear Rising is going to star Raiden as the lead character. So whats next for the numbered Metal Gear franchise? Who knows? Snake has hung up his sneaking suit so who knows (if we get a number 5) who it will feature. Big Boss maybe? Either way, there’s nothing to suggest a new MGS will be unveiled at E3. Believe you me, we want to be proved wrong on this one so bad.

Half Life 2: Episode 3

We’re sick of waiting for tangible information on Half Life 2: Episode 3. It has to be one of the most drawn out game reveals of all time. We know it’s in development, we know it’s happening and there is nothing to stop this getting revealed at E3 finally this year. We’re just so used to being disappointed when it comes to not hearing about Episode 3 news that we’re not allowing ourselves to be disappointed if it dosen’t happen this year.
