Does anyone in Europe actually care about White Knight Chronicles? It was only just released over here (it was released Christmas day 2008 in Japan) and has hardly been a break away success, especially considering that it was released around the same time as killer AAA titles like Final Fantasy XIII, God of War III and Battlefield 2. That said, WKC is a decent JRPG and although ive only played it myself for a few hours, it is deserving of your time.
Considering the Japanese are developing Yakuza 5 even though we just got part 3, it shouldn’t suprise you to hear that WKC 2 is on the way and Japanese site GameWatch has got their hands on a bunch of new shots. Heres a small selection. Head over there for the full list of shots. Expect a Japanese release this year with a Western launch in the very far away future.
