Crytek sure know how to pick a public forum to show off their games, taking over Times Square earlier tonight to unveil a brand new Crysis 2 trailer to the world. Watch it here in all it’s ‘recorded by some dude holding a camera’ glory. We’re sure EA will service us with our own actual HD trailer over the course of today but until then, if you want to have a short glimpse of what New Yorkers were treated to, then have a look now.
Interestingly the trailer ends with a link to a website called sosnewyork.com which leads to a countdown that appears to end Friday. Looks like there’s finally going to be a lot of Crysis 2 information thrown our way by week’s end. Great stuff.
