GTTV is teasing a suprise PS3 announcement this Friday. The announcement will be a ‘Suprise Sony Sequel’. The episode airs Friday morning GMT so until then lets play a guessing game. Hmmm….lets see? It’s obviously going to be a first party game so it’l probably be;
1. Killzone 3
2. Resistance 3
3. Infamous 2 or
4. Motorstorm 3 (which TGL exclusively outted a couple of weeks ago)
All of these sequels are expected. But its the word ‘suprise’ thats putting us off. There’s nothing suprising about any of these sequels. What do you think? It might not be any of these games.

Totally left field idea, but remember Sega said they would make Shenmue 3 for console exclusivity if the console maker helped fund the project. That would be a major surprise, but way too soon I’d say.
If it were Shenmue 3 then im pretty sure that would be the biggest announcement for any game you would hear this year…………

I find this really intriguing. Hopefully it’s not one of the 4 you mentioned because then it wouldn’t be very… surprising.
I agree Craig, Resistance, Killzone and Motorstorm sequels are genuinely on the way by all accounts, there no brainers. I want this to be a real suprise! Like, WTF! Like a sequel to an obscure cult hit PSOne game. Suprise is the important word. Nothing Suprising about Infamous 2 or Sly Cooper 4…..Im reading alot of support for a Syphon Filter PS3……either way, it strikes me as odd that if it truely is a massive suprise thwn why as Sony showing it off now. Why not wait til E3? Im thinking with the Arc motion controller getting unveiled at GDC next week, this could be an Arc game. It could be something as suprising and randomly disappointing as EyeToy Play 4 or something……nonetheless…..im intrigued but not getting my hopes up too high
I agree with you there Shane, it’ll probably be something like EyePet 2 with arc control, but im just hanging onto the idea that its something random,cause that would be class. Good point about it being an Arc enabled game, given that its get showed off next week that would make sense. Good spot Shane
That sounds about right I have to say. Really hoping it’s something fresh. I’m not a huge fan of motion controllers, so I’m not sure how I’ll feel about it if it’s something related to arc. Roll on Friday!!!
