From Software’s interesting and intriguing, 3D Dot Game Heroes will be hitting Europe around the same time as North America, in May. SouthPeak Games are in charge of publishing the title in the Euro zone.
US publisher Atlus only has good things to say about SouthPeak working with them on this title. VP of sales and marketing at Atlus Tim Pivnicny said in the announcement release that;
“SouthPeak Games is the perfect publisher for 3D Dot Game Heroes in Europe. [SouthPeak] also recognize the frustration of many European gamers to not get exciting releases until months after other regions, which is why we’re working closely together to deliver a simultaneous launch for North America and Europe.”
So Atlus seems to love SouthPeak Games and they clearly have a shared enthusiasm for publishing games in Europe with them. Atlus publish PS3 Exclusive Demon’s Souls in North America, the JRPG whose difficulty is becoming the stuff of legend. Demon’s Souls isn’t available in Europe and Atlus and Sony are yet to mention any kind of European release. The problem lies with finding a publisher. Maybe SouthPeak Games is the solution?! Maybe they could publish Demon’s Souls in Europe. What do you think? Demon’s Souls is the best PS3 game that Europeans dont have. (If you dont believe me, import it, you wont regret it)
