Resident Evil 5 disappointed TGL. The controls just didn’t sit well with us. But were all for second chances in the world of Resi Evil and with more and more details emerging about the games Alternative Edition, the more and more were starting to sit up and pay attention. Obviously the biggest feature of the Alternative Edition will be its integration with Sony’s highly anticipated and still somewhat mysterious motion control wand/PS Eye combination. However, this week’s Famitsu in Japan appears to detail some of the games other extras and DLC packs that are not only available to PS3 owners but to 360 owners too. We already know about the ‘Lost in Nightmares’ flashback episode but today TGL have learned that two other DLC packs will be released that will both include new costumes as well as a fourth and final DLC pack that’ll include a second and not yet revealed episode in a similar vain to the ‘Lost in Nightmares’ pack. Both episodes will cost €5 or 400 360 points and both costume packs come in at €2 or 160 360 points. This is the Japanese pricing but don’t expect it to differ much when it goes live in Europe.
